Workshop “High Impact Mentoring”
Before the 2019 kick off of CWF’s Individual Mentoring Program and Cross Company Mentoring Program, this preparatory workshop will provide tools to make mentoring and personal development’s discussions highly effective.
This workshop will help to understand the respective roles of Mentors and Mentees and to increase their mutual confidence .
Attend the workshop and learn how to manage development discussions and mentoring partnerships with positive impact and effectiveness.
In short – you will learn how to…:
- Define and understand the expectations of both mentors and mentees
- Leverage personal and professional growth through mentoring and development conversations
- Apply the GROW (Goal/Reality/Obstacles/Options/Way forward) model, a development tool that works for mentees, reports, colleagues, friends and relatives.

Véronique Beltz is Deputy Head of HR – Head of L&D at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) – Master Certified Coach (MCC) by ICF and a CWF member. She has gathered over 15 years’ of experience in developing Human Capital for private sector companies and not-for-profit organizations.
