Shine with Purpose: The 5 steps to Address Challenges and Thrive in your Career
For more than 5 decades, women have been coming in force into the workplace, with higher education and aspirations than men. Yet we are still far from Gender Balance, and key jobs that are shaping the future continue to be occupied by men.
This interactive workshop will lead you through the context and barriers that are standing in the way of women’s professional advancement and will immerse you into “Shine with Purpose”, a framework to overcome them, so that you are equipped to realize your full potential. This is the same framework that I use with leading corporations to help them develop their female talent.
You will leave the workshop with:
- An understanding of the key barriers that women tend to face, and the key one(s) that is most relevant to you.
- Clarity on how to overcome overall barriers and specific actions to help you progress against the key one(s) you are facing.
- Resources to help you go further so that you realize your potential.
Are you ready to be your most accomplished self?
