Participate in the 2018 CWF Individual Mentoring Program!
Dear CWF Member,
In line with the CWF vision: “connecting and advancing women in business” we are happy to launch the 3rd edition of the CWF Individual Mentoring cycle.
The first 2 editions proved to be a success and allowed the creation of 21 pairs of mentees-mentors.
Learn, grow and expand your skills – and network!
Through your experience, your respective know-how and skill-sets, both the mentor and mentee can benefit from new ideas, inspiration and professional leads.
About the programme format:
Duration: March to November 2018, monthly meetings between mentor-mentee.
Priority: Individual Members have priority, however Corporate Members can also register (please note that the CWF organizes a Cross-Company Mentorship Mentoring program for Corporate Members).
Not eligible: Members who currently already participate in CWF’s cross-Company Mentoring Program.
Registration/participation/pairing:
Individual Mentoring Program 2018 guidelines: Please read the attached and only register if you consent.
Max participation: The 2018 cycle is limited to 10 mentees, subject to the equivalent number of registered mentors.
Pairing: Depending on the registrations received, mentee/mentors will be paired, after which each mentee will receive the name of 2 to 3 potential mentors and will be responsible for contacting them to evaluate which mentor could best suit her needs.

by Mid-March: Potential mentee/mentor pairing will be sent ; participants have 3 weeks to meet.
next step: mentees will communicate their mentor preference to the CWF Mentoring Committee
final step: finalized pairs will be communicated to participants
