High Impact Mentoring Workshop

Dear 2021 CWF mentees and mentors of the Individual and the Cross Company Mentoring programs,

Before starting the CWF’s Individual Mentoring Program and Cross Company Mentoring Program, we have the pleasure to invite you to a preparatory workshop which will provide tools to make mentoring and personal development’s discussions highly effective.

This workshop will help to understand the respective roles of Mentors and  Mentees and  to increase their mutual confidence.

Attend the workshop and learn how to manage development discussions and mentoring partnerships with positive impact and effectiveness.

In short – you will learn how to:

• Define and understand the expectations of both mentors and mentees
• Leverage personal and professional growth through mentoring and development conversations
• Apply the GROW (Goal/Reality/Obstacles/Options/Way forward) model, a development tool that works for mentees, reports, colleagues, friends and relatives.
