During this interactive and entertaining dinner workshop, we will discover taste, olfaction and mindful eating which are ancient practices with profound modern implications and applications. Together, we will re-discover how to truly taste, smell and be mindful about what we eat and drink.

The first part of our session is experiential where Gabriela Schlump, a CWF member, will help us rediscover our senses of taste and smell while enjoying dinner and some surprises. The second part is an interactive presentation by Ellen Kocher, also a CWF member, to discover mindful eating which is based on cognitive behavioral strategies which help participants discover their own internal motivators, increase self-efficacy and develop more effective thoughts and behaviors about food.

Throughout this dinner, participants will learn and practice an approach which allows them to rediscover their expert within, to eat with intention and attention, and to live that way too!

You will discover….

  • A multi-course dinner prepared by Chef Lenaïc Joudren which will awaken your taste buds and curiosity
  • To reset your olfaction through a live, guided experience from beginning to end
  • The taste, smell and pleasure in food and drink
  • A fresh, liberating approach to eating!
  • 6 simple, yet powerful strategies for knowing when, what and how much to eat without restrictive rules
  • To situate yourself in your instinctive eating cycle
  • To tap into your inherent capacity to be curiously aware
  • The beginning of a permanent “mindful lifestyle” behavior change process

Please let us know of any allergies or specifications you may have for food or drink as this is an integral part of our workshop. The number of participants is limited to 30 and will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Welcome: 18.00 – Dinner: 18.30
