Educated in both engineering and business, Lan brings a rare dual perspective to her work: a deep understanding of cutting-edge technology paired with the vision and agility of a seasoned entrepreneur. and she is the co-founder and Director of Tech4Eva, Switzerland’s first accelerator dedicated to FemTech – technologies that focus on women’s health and well-being across all life stages,
Under her leadership, Tech4Eva has become a global platform that scales innovative startups and connects founders, investors, researchers, and healthcare leaders to drive change in a traditionally underserved space.
At our luncheon, she will share highlights from her journey, insights on the power of purpose-driven tech, and the bold future of FemTech innovation.
Lan Zuo Gillet is a senior executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across Swiss industry and innovation ecosystems. At EPFL Innovation Park, she leads programs that empower startups through training, incubation, and acceleration. Lan is the founder of several national initiatives including Tech4Eva, Tech4Trust, and Tech4Growth, and serves as an expert for the Swiss Innovation Agency. With a strong track record in building impactful public-private partnerships, especially in Switzerland and China, she brings a global outlook, deep cross-sector expertise, and a passion for advancing technology with purpose.
