CWF Mentoring Program 2025: Closing Registration Deadline: March 7

Date:
March 7
Event Category:

Dear CWF Members,

Are you ready to take part in a mentoring experience?

Mentoring is one of the most powerful activities for someone’s personal and professional growth. A privileged relationship develops between the mentee and mentor, usually a person with valuable experience in an area the mentee would like to develop in.  The mentor brings a new perspective to the mentee and provides her with a base to her reflections, to reach her specific development goals.

The 2025 program registration is now open until March 7, 2025!

To ensure your enrollment in the Mentoring program 2025, make sure you fill in the relevant form by clicking on the following links:

Mentoring offer

Backed by long-term experience, CWF offers its members mentoring programs matching high-potential women with experienced mentors to help foster development and growth.

Individual members: The number of mentees will depend on the number of registered mentors. You can register as a mentor or a mentee.

Corporate Partners: Each company should identify an equal number of either mentors and mentees candidates. Once identified, the candidate fills in a profile form with professional and personal information.

Here is the timeline of the program:

  • By March 7: Please complete the registration
  • Throughout March: Pairs are formed with the help of corporate representatives
  • By March 31: Participants receive details about their mentoring partner
  • By April 1: Start of the mentoring partnership. Online workshop offered by CWF!
  • December 2025: End of the program

New features for 2025 :

  • Mentors will have the possibility to mentor a participant of the EMBA program led by the Geneva University. If you are interested, please mention it in the form or by separate email for more information (Dominique.bendhaou@cwf.ch)
  • Mentors will be offered a complimentary set of modules on Mentoring skills. These modules will take place online and recordings will be available.

At the beginning of the program, participants will be invited to attend a virtual High-Impact training session, followed by several encounters to support each Mentee and Mentor to make the most of their mentoring journey.

If you have any questions, or comments please feel free to contact us at Dominique.bendhaou@cwf.ch or administration@cwf.ch. For more information about the CWF, visit our website at www.cwf.ch.
