Communicate effectively during times of change
In our lightning-fast connected world it’s not enough to be good at your job. Today’s leaders must be equipped to lead their organizations through unprecedented times of change. Smart communication makes the difference between bringing people with you on the journey, or losing ground, during times of transformation.
How can you communicate to win through change? In this workshop we’ll look at the principles for effectively communicating change. Whether you’re undergoing a large-scale acquisition, downsizing the company, implementing a global planning system, or transitioning to a hybrid workplace, these tools will enable you to build momentum behind your future vision.
You will leave the workshop with skills to help you:
- Assess the information needs of your stakeholders
- Synthesise complex concepts into clear messages your audiences will understand
- Tailor your messaging to each phase of the change journey: know it, feel it, live it
- Put it all together in a comprehensive change communication plan
Are you ready to bring your organization on the change journey?
