For organizations and leaders who want to include age in their DEI Initiatives, People Strategies, and Processes

This event is kindly sponsored by our Corporate Parner SIG Services Industriels de Genève, open to everyone, women and men

The number of seats is limited, registrations will be taken on a first come first served basis

This 90-minute MasterClass Workshop is geared toward decision-makers who are committed to supporting and preparing mid-life professionals through this phase of life. HR, Well-being, or other Business Leaders who know it’s important, but aren’t quite sure where to start.

Approximately 35% of our population is over 50. This is projected to be 45% by 2050, resulting in over 400,000 jobs to fill if everyone retires on time. A square-shaped workforce with more senior employees is already a reality, but only 8% of organizations include age in their DEI Programs. Let’s shake up the conversation now, whether it be to optimize their current role inside or outside the organization, or to prepare for retirement (however that may look).

In this Workshop you will:

  1. DISCOVER why you and your organization cannot afford NOT to take demographics seriously.
  2. EXPLORE the 5 dimensions of well-being and discover where your organization stands on each through live quizzes.
  3. LEARN how to turn disruptive demographics into productive possibilities for both employers and employees by exchanging with experts and like-minded professionals and leave with relevant tips to put into action immediately.

This MasterClass will be moderated by Ellen Kocher and Dominique Ben-Dhaou.

Together, Ellen and Dominique entered entrepreneurship in their early 50’s. Today, they focus much of their work on the 50+ demographic, including their recently released book “Wake-Up, Shake-Up, Thrive! How to Lift Up Your Life in Your 50’s and Beyond” (Swiss Secrets to Not Growing Old). They founded “Wake-Up, Shake-Up, Thrive!”
