The Career Women’s Forum was founded in 1982 and this year we are celebrating our 40th anniversary.
In line with our mission, the Career Women’s Forum encourages women’s professional development through exchange of ideas, networking and self-fulfillment to achieve recognition as active and engaged women – able to influence socio-professional life.
In 2022 we will demonstrate the Forums’ commitment to connecting and advancing women in their professional lives, through several actions:

40 years during which women have been active, advancing and inspiring!
We will showcase 40 women under 4 themes that reflect the diversity and talent of these women:
To celebrate its 40th anniversary, the Career Women’s Forum is joining forces with the Geneva association “découvrir”.
This partnership is placed under the sign of sharing, solidarity and exchange which are core values at the Forum. The association accompany qualified migrant women living in Geneva and elsewhere in French-speaking Switzerland in their efforts to find employment.
The association is celebrating its 15th anniversary and we would like to combine our strengths and skills to offer targeted actions that mobilize the expertise and professionalism of our members.
The CWF wants to extend a helping hand to women in hardship further afield and we have, therefore, decided to support a project run by the the Maher association.
Maher is an Indian association devoted to helping women and children in difficult situations.
Maher’s main focus is to deliver services to address the root causes of violence and despair experienced by women and children in India.
