Sara Canna works as Team Lead, Career Management and Development at the World Health Organization in Geneva where she has been managing career development, coaching and mentoring programmes since 2013.

Certified coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and career counsellor, Sara holds a master’s degree in HR Development and is presently accredited with DISC Persolog, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and a series of emotional intelligence tools. She enjoys accompanying people in their journeys of change, learning and development.

Prior to joining WHO, Sara worked at the International Federation of the Red Cross in Geneva and in the private sector in the areas of human resources management, organizational and people’s development.

Sara is Italian and has three children, enjoys travelling and has a passion for styling, psychology and art.
